| Pennington Auctioneers Has 9 Client Letters
Dear Jim,
I want to thank you and all the other teachers at WCCA, Inc. I attended your class in March of '04. All the instructors and staff were a big help in helping me obtain my goal. I have been calling bids (on call) in our local area. Having a lot of fun and making a little money.
I want to give Max a special thanks. I have a learning disability and it always puts me behind in most classes that I attend. Max took extra time and patience with me. I really appreciate that extra effort on his part.
Please tell everyone hello for me. Thanks again, Jim.

Dear Mr. Pennington,
Well, I just wanted to let you know that I have done at least one sale a week, and just lat week I had a 3 day sale with real estate and personal property that totaled over 1.5 million. Thanks again for letting me in the College. It was the single best decision I ever made in my life.

You gentlemen are very inspirational and did so much for me. I will never be able to repay you. WCCA was one of the greatest experiences I have ever had and probably ever will. It was just unbelievable. Hopefully I can make you proud to have taught me... Yolanda, you were a great help and everyone would have been lost with out you. I appreciate all you did for everyone including myself. You are great...

Dear Jim, Ralph, Max,
The World Champion College of Auctioneering is the best thing I have ever done in this business. The first day, everything I had been groping in the darkness for came together like flipping on a light switch. It was amazing. Your group made it simple and gave me a foundation so that everything after that is practice and time. I can do it. I never was quite sure I could before the school. The most difficult transition in my life has been changing from speaking slowly and distinctly and deliberately to speaking fast and rhymically...
The sale that mde me come to the school went off on June 2, 2005, absolutely flawlessly. I made the announcements and sold half the real estate. The total sale was $10,845,635.00. We sold 44 tracts of timber, plus farming equipment, plus an historical railroad depot. It was the biggest sale this county has ever seen. We had a large crowd and in addition about 15-20 auctioneers observing. With a lot of luck and a tremendous amount of work and preparation, it was the sale you would like everyone to see.
I feel really lucky I came to your school. At first, I thought it was too expensive, but it was the best money and time I have spent.

Jim,
I just wanted to thank you for all your advice. My first bid calling auction went very well. We sold 20 acres in Agunga for $143,000. We had 4 bidders and only 2 were active. it was a great experience, and i couldn't have done it without the World Vhampion College of Auctioneering.

Dear Jim:
Last night I did an auction for the Sheriff's Council in Santa Barbara. There were 800 people in the audience. Andy Granatelli ran the show and Jay Leno entertained; Rob Lowe was there and the Governor himself showed up!
I did the live auction...16 items (although we doubled and tripled some of them) and we raised $513,000 in the live auction!!! Damn...I just had to let you know that! What a night!! I bet if the folks running it had left me and the bidspotters alone we would have made more!! But a half a million isn't bad for someone who had no rhythm and no "count" abilities in April of 1998!!!

Jim:
I just wanted to thank you for your support and guidance. Thanks to the auctioneer training that I learned from WCCA, I’ve sold in the neighborhood of 3 million dollars in Real Estate! WCCA has put me on a career path that has changed my life; I have also done many charity auctions that have brought hundreds of thousands of dollars to my community. Thanks again Jim, and WCCA!
